HackTheSim provides a prompt library and related features that may include browsing content, creating an account, saving prompts/notes, commenting, and submitting content. Features may change over time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or to protect the Site and its users.
4. User Content
“User Content” means any content you submit to the Site (including prompts, comments, notes, and feedback).
- You own your User Content as between you and HackTheSim.
- By submitting User Content, you grant HackTheSim a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, modify (for formatting/moderation), display, and distribute your User Content as needed to operate and improve the Site.
- If you publish content publicly, you understand it may be visible to other users and visitors.
- You represent that you have the rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Post content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, or infringes intellectual property.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape excessively, reverse engineer, or bypass security features.

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Site or its users.
